Home design consultation
We plan the furniture in your room
Furniture Craft visits customers at their properties rather than asking them to travel to a showroom. The room, access and storage priorities can be considered together.

The process
From first message to fitted furniture
Before the appointment
Send your postcode and a short description. Photographs and approximate measurements help, but exact dimensions are not required to enquire.
At your property
We discuss storage, measure the available space and consider doors, windows, the bed and other room features.
Review the proposal
Consider the layout, finish, written specification and quotation together. Ask about anything that is unclear.
Agree the order
Confirm the final design, scope, payment arrangements and expected timetable before manufacture.

Design review
Look beyond the picture
A 3D design can explain proportions and storage zones. It should be reviewed alongside the selected materials, interior layout, hardware and installation scope rather than treated as a substitute for them.
If the scope changes, the revised design and quotation should be confirmed in writing.
Home visits only
Do we need to visit an office?
No. We do not operate a public showroom, and the registered office is not a place to view furniture or attend consultations. Appointments take place at customer properties.
At handover
Review the finished work
Check how doors and drawers operate, ask about care and retain the written terms supplied for your particular project.
Tell us about your room
Send your postcode, a short description and photographs if you have them. You do not need a finished design to start a conversation.
