Do you have a showroom?
No. We visit customers at their properties, so the design can be considered in the room where the furniture will be installed. The registered office is not a showroom or customer-visit location.
Do I need accurate measurements before contacting you?
No. Approximate dimensions and photographs can help the first conversation, but a detailed survey is needed before fitted furniture is manufactured.
Can wardrobes be fitted around sloping ceilings or alcoves?
A made-to-measure layout can be considered for these spaces. The practical options depend on height, depth, access and room features recorded during the survey. See our sloping-ceiling guide.
Are sliding doors always better for a small bedroom?
No. They avoid outward door swing, but overlapping panels and tracks affect access and depth. Hinged doors may work better where opening space is available.
Can the interior include drawers and lighting?
Our completed work includes drawer storage and integrated LED lighting. Discuss these features early so the layout and any electrical requirements can be agreed for your project.
Can I see a design before manufacture?
Furniture Craft’s current service includes 3D design. The final layout, finish and written specification should be agreed before manufacture.
How long does a project take?
The timetable depends on the agreed specification and current availability. Ask for the expected design, manufacture and installation schedule in your quotation.
What is included in installation?
The agreed quotation should state the scope. Removal of old furniture, decorating, electrical work and making good should not be assumed unless they are listed.
What guarantee do you provide?
Ask for the written terms that apply to your project, including what is covered and how an aftercare enquiry is handled. This preview deliberately does not publish an unverified warranty length.
